What I'm thinking is that I can run some video/USB cables through the two walls, via a penetration and a split plate. So that is a total of 5 USB connections needed, as well as two video connections, over a little more than 15 feet. Two monitors with DP, HDMI, and VGA connectors available

I really don't want to have to literally walk 15 feet away from my keyboard every time I hit record, know what I mean? For clarity, I like to have my mouse, monitors, etc in the same spot as where I sit to record. My guitar pickups/analog synths will stop getting this noise if I move about 15 feet away, so what I'd like to do is move the PC tower into the other room. I think this is just a badly designed case that isn't containing the normal radiation from a PC.

I've attempted to ground the case better, to no avail. My understanding is that some PCs (especially those with glass panels like mine) generate a lot of this interference, and that in SOME cases it's a grounding issue. It's only picked up through analog stuff, like electric guitar pickups, some synths, etc. An example of what I'm talking about can be heard at the ten second mark.
